During more than eight years, I led as Board member and Vice-President one of the strategic business units of Faurecia Group.
With my team, we multiplied the sales by four,
the number of customers by three and launched new plants in Poland, China and Mexico generating double-digit margins.
Beginning 2020, I founded my own company "DiThEIM" to offer my experience and competences to the market as Executive Interim Manager, Consultant and Coach.
